2. We will consult with sports organisations, charities, and businesses that are committed to driving social impact and promoting gender inclusion.

3. We will raise awareness, visibility and career prospects of women in sport business through role modelling.

 

Why?

Historically sport has been made by men, for men and boys. This is even more so true when we look at the roles and career opportunities available to women in sports business and sports consultancy.

We know women's sport as an entity and investment opportunity is on the rise, but we believe there is still work to be done on giving women access and opportunity to build careers in sport business. We believe women, sport and business is a powerful combination to truly bring about change.
