Affleck & Co. is a sport and social impact consultancy powered by women.

We are not structured like a traditional consultancy, and that is intentional. We centre people, not hierarchy. We build meaningful partnerships, not surface-level reports. We bring together brilliant women with deep expertise across sport, business and social impact to deliver work that makes a genuine difference.
Our team is made up of a dedicated core group and a wider Collective of independent consultants. Together, we work as one.
We do not believe in rigid structures or inflated teams. We believe in bringing the right expertise at the right time, shaped around what each client actually needs.
Our Core Team
Affleck & Co. is led by founder Nicky Affleck and supported by an internal team who drive operations, manage delivery and build trusted client relationships. This is the engine room of the business. The people who hold standards, protect the integrity of the work and make sure projects move from ambition to action.
Our Collective
Alongside our core team sits our Collective, a curated network of independent women consultants who share our values and our commitment to meaningful impact.
We have brought together senior leaders, strategists, evaluators, governance specialists, partnership experts and community practitioners into one collaborative model.
Rather than separating people into categories, we build delivery teams around client needs. Some bring deep strategic experience across organisations and systems. Others contribute specialist insight in areas such as funding strategy, leadership and governance, women and girls’ sport, commercial partnerships, monitoring and evaluation, youth workforce development, international sport for development, equity and inclusion, culture and storytelling.
What matters is not the label someone carries. What matters is the contribution they bring.
Together, we offer consultancy that flexes without losing focus. It is practical, high quality and built for the real world.
