Creating space for the conversations that shape what comes next.

A place for women across sport and business to think clearly,

connecting meaningfully, and make better decisions.

The Co. Lab has come from a pattern we couldn’t ignore. Across sport, business and social impact, more women than ever are building, leading and shaping the industry. But while visibility and opportunities have increased, the environments around them haven’t always kept pace.

Not in how decisions are made.

Not in how pressure gets shared.

Not in how support is given.

The Co. Lab exists to change that.

It brings together founders, leaders and operators navigating complex decisions, building meaningful work, and looking for more than surface-level connection. It offers a place to step out of the day-to-day and into better conversations – conversations that help you think clearly, test ideas, and make more confident decisions. This isn’t networking, and it isn’t content. It’s a space to engage with people who understand the context you’re operating in and to have the kind of discussions that shape what comes next.

The Co. Lab is made up of two connected spaces, designed to support different needs:

The Founder Space – small, curated groups for depth

The Exchange – a wider, more open space for connection and perspective

Across both, you can expect:

  • Group conversations and facilitated discussions

  • Opportunities to sense-check decisions and thinking

  • Exposure to different perspectives across the industry

  • A trusted environment where honesty is expected, not performed

Both spaces are designed to evolve around the people in it, so the conversations stay relevant, useful and grounded in experience.

The Founder Space

Curated conversations. Deeper thinking. Small by design.

The Founder Space is a small, curated environment for women building businesses in and around sport. Each group is intentionally limited in size to create trust, consistency and depth. This allows for more honest and useful conversations without the need to explain context or hold back.

Inside the Founder Space, the focus is on:

• Decision-making in real time
• Navigating growth, pressure and trade-offs
• Sharing challenges openly with people who understand
• Building relationships based on trust, not visibility

If you’re interested in being part of an ongoing space designed to support how you think, decide and move forward as you build, we have our initial chapters launching in the UK and US. Click below to get in touch to find out more.

The Exchange

Shared insight. Wider connection. Open by design.

The Exchange is a more open space designed to connect a wider group of women across sport and business. It creates access to conversations, perspectives and relationships that sit beyond smaller, curated groups.

Through The Exchange, you can expect:

• Industry conversations and shared learning
• Access to different perspectives and experiences
• Opportunities to connect across various roles and sectors
• A more fluid, accessible way to stay close to the thinking shaping the space

It’s intentionally lighter and more flexible, designed to bring energy, diversity of thought, and new connections into the wider ecosystem. If you’re interested in being part of the Exchange, we have our initial chapters launching in the UK and US. Click below to get in touch to find out more.

“The Co.Lab came from a pattern I couldn’t ignore. After years of conversations with brilliant women across sport, business and social impact, the same themes kept coming up. Big decisions being carried alone. Pressure without the right space around it. A need for more honest, supportive conversations. For me, this is personal. The Co.Lab is a small but intentional part of building the kind of environments more of us need, not just talking about why they don’t exist.”

The Co. Lab is already taking shape. Founder Space groups are forming. The Exchange is beginning to open up. What matters now is the people in the room, the quality of the conversations, and what comes from them. This will continue to evolve over time, shaped by real experiences, real challenges, and real thinking. If you’re building, leading or shaping the industry and looking for a more meaningful way to connect, think and move forward, we’d love to hear from you.
