We’re expanding — and shaping the next stage of Affleck & Co. with intention.

Affleck & Co. has always been rooted in the charity, major funder, grassroots and non-profit world. It’s where our foundations are strongest, where our values sit, and where so much of our impact has been created. That won’t change.

But over the past year, it’s become clear that brands, businesses, and rightsholders are searching for something different — a more human, more thoughtful, more purpose-led approach to strategy, partnerships and commercial decision-making. Many of them are facing the same questions our charity partners grapple with: Who are we? What do we stand for? How do we build something that actually matters?

So we’ve listened.

And we’re stepping into this space with intention.

Over recent months, we’ve been shaping the next phase of Affleck & Co. and exploring how our approach translates into the brand world, refining our thinking, and starting to design what this evolution looks like. Today marks the first visible step.

We’re delighted to welcome two senior consultants into the Collective: Jenny Mitton and Natalie Strange.

Welcoming Jenny Mitton — Senior Brand Strategist

Jenny brings over 20 years of experience at the intersection of sport, culture and brand strategy. During her time at M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment, she helped global brands sharpen their identity, deepen their purpose and connect with audiences in culturally relevant ways — particularly across women’s sport and impact-led storytelling.

She strengthens how we support organisations who want clarity, confidence and meaning in how they show up.

Welcoming Natalie Strange — Senior Commercial Strategist

Natalie joins us after a senior career at Barclays / Barclaycard Payments, where she led commercial strategy and delivered major projects across partnerships and proposition development. She brings a sharp understanding of what drives value, how organisations make decisions and how to build commercial models that are both practical and sustainable.

She adds a crucial commercial lens to our evolving offer, especially as more organisations look for long-term thinking rooted in insight and purpose.

This shift isn’t sudden. It’s deliberate.

We’ll continue doing the work we’re known for. But we’re also expanding intentionally into the brand world, taking our human-first, impact-led approach with us. This is the start of the next stage of our consultancy, and there is more to come.

Welcome, Jenny and Natalie. We’re excited for what lies ahead, and grateful to have them both with us as we shape this next chapter.
