New Clients
We’re excited to welcome StreetGames, Active Kent & Medway, Haberdashers’ Knights Academy Trust South, Sport Wales and the Welsh Rugby Union.
We’re super excited and looking forward to what’s ahead together.
Launching the Co.Lab
This month we launched The Co.Lab, a new space built around conversation, connection and shared thinking.
Starting with Founders Space, a curated community for women founders in sport, and The Exchange, an open space bringing people across the industry together to share perspectives, challenge ideas and learn from one another.
Project Spotlights
This month we wrapped Phase 2 of the Football Foundation’s Diversifying Applicant Type project, alongside a Board & Governance Effectiveness Review with Get Berkshire Active - two very different projects connected by a shared focus on stronger systems, better decision-making and long-term impact.
Launch & Learn
On 3rd June, Black Swimming Association, SheRACES and SportsAid will join us to share what shifted after taking part in our Impact Hours series.

Team Development Day
We brought members of the Collective together in person this month for a day of collaboration, conversation and shared thinking.
In a world centred around Zoom calls, it’s always special to carve out proper time to connect face-to-face.
Sports Podge
We were delighted to attend this year’s Sports Podge lunch, an annual gathering bringing together people from across the sporting world for an afternoon of stories, conversation and connection.
A brilliant reminder of the relationships, history and shared passion that continue to shape the industry.
Women’s Sport Events & Conversations
We also spent time across a number of women’s sport spaces this month, including the New Era event hosted by Onside Law and Howden, connecting with athletes, founders and people working across the wider women’s sport ecosystem as conversations around the future of the industry continue to evolve.
